Gender-based violence and discrimination have no place at UMBC. We are working with our campus partners to find new ways to empower our community members to disrupt rape culture.

- Meet with the Faculty Development Center to find ways to integrate gender-based discrimination/harassment content into their curriculum.
- Annual mandatory training for students and responsible employees
- Implemented Advocate, a new case management software that will assist in collecting, tracking, and responding to complaints
